In a recent post, Bashing Obama, but Neo-Conservative GOP-ers & Bush Still Sucks More, I noted how many people who are against team Obama’s liberal agenda nevertheless really, Really like the guy personally (I don’t have yet evidence for this, but it’s difficult for me to believe otherwise — maybe that’s a bias on my part, thinking everyone else thinks like me, but that’s for another post).
I think Obama will reverse the liberal Kennedy-esque, Clinton-esque, and Edward-esque perceptions of liberal married presidents as … well, sluts. (Now if you’re single, it’s OK, good even, to be a slut, but when you’re married, it’s a different story).
Here’s another reason I really like Obama:
Personal photographs of the Obama family adorn the Oval Office of the White House. Obama says the best part about being president is the extra time he gets to spend with his daughters. It’s the best deal of this whole thing, Obama told NBC’s Matt Lauer. It turns out I’ve got this nice home office…I can help them with their homework. I can tuck them in.
